When you want to spend your credit (some or all of it), email us. We'll either give you a coupon to use or give you direct access to the thing.

Use the credit towards a bigger purchase or get lots of smaller things. 

If we're having a promotion with bonuses or discounts... your (pre-bought) credit can be used with any of the current promotional extras or discounts too.

Credit purchased is valid for 1 year.

Credits purchased during a promotion can’t be used to purchase other discounted things that are part of the same sale. You’ll need to wait until the sale is over to use them. You can use them during the next sale as long as the credits haven’t expired

You cannot use your credit for existing payment plans for purchases you’ve made in the past. 

You cannot use your credit to purchase more credit. 

Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

If you want to request a refund for something you purchased using credits, you must follow the refund policy (laid out in that product's page). Any product purchase refunds will be issued in credits.
